Technical planning and handoff
Technical decisions with alternatives, trade-offs, rationale and dependencies. The agent prompt carries roles, versions, in-scope requirements with IDs, out-of-scope, architecture, constraints, asset references, test and deployment requirements, and a Definition of Done.
Changes and communication
After delivery, feedback and change requests stay possible. Every request has a classification, a clarification thread and an explicit status flow. AI email drafts are never sent without an explicit send action.
