Privacy statement

This text is an implementation default and must be reviewed legally by the responsible owner before go-live. No rights can be derived from this version.

What we process

Developer account data (name, email address, organisation), customer contact data (email address, optionally name and phone number), project content that customers supply themselves, and technical data needed for security and operations.

Why

To run the interview, record agreements and approvals, produce quotes and designs, generate handoff packages, and protect the service against abuse.

AI processing

Only necessary project content is sent to the chosen AI provider. Brieflo stores project memory to enable resuming, version history and handoffs, so no blanket zero-data-retention is promised. Per provider we record which data is processed, where, and with which settings.

Retention and deletion

Projects can be archived and deleted. Archiving is not deleting. On a deletion request a deletion marker is placed first, before data is actually purged, so recovery and auditability remain possible.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export and deletion through the contact form.
