No subscription
Brieflo uses one shared wallet per developer organisation. You pay per project activation and per AI action. There is no mandatory platform subscription and paid credits do not expire.
Project activation
€19.95 per project, by default excluding VAT, with 500 included credits. Activation is booked exactly once, even with a duplicate webhook or a browser refresh.
Credits and top-ups
The starting rate is 100 credits per €1. Top-ups: €10 for 1,000 credits, €25 for 2,500, €50 for 5,000 and €100 for 10,000 credits. Auto top-up is off.

What is free
Saving, viewing, uploading, submitting feedback, manual editing, producing PDF and ZIP, exporting, downloading and digital acceptance cost no AI credits.
Limits
500 credits do not cover every project. The number of revisions, voice usage and model choice determine consumption. The developer sets a warning threshold and a block threshold per project. Prices and action rates are configurable and only activated after verifying current provider costs.
